"What I am actually saying is that we need to be willing to let our intuition guide us, and then be willing to follow that guidance directly and fearlessly.."
- Shakti Gawain
A Note from Judith

Greetings!

As I write to you this month I am filled with a great sense of wonder and awe after having started the month off with my Voice Dialogue colleagues. We gathered here in Boulder, the second year in a row, for the Voice Dialogue Colorado Convergence. An added treat was that this year we were able to honor and celebrate Hal and Sidra Stone on the occasion of their 150th collective birthday. For those of you getting this letter today, that participated, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making that celebration one none of us will soon forget!

This tribute was an opportunity and an excuse to acknowledge Hal and Sidra for who they are as well as the amazing body of work they have brought to the world. The influence they have had on each of our lives both personally and professionally is awesome. Many instances were shared of not only the impact of the body of work but the profound ways in which Hal and Sidra have changed peoples lives, again, both personally and professionally, myself included.

A special DVD recording was made of the evening and if you would like to order a copy simply email me, judith@voicedialogueconnection.com and I will special order you a copy for $19.00 which will include shipping and handling.

As the season of harvest and pulling inward becomes more apparent, it can be an opportune time to call upon your Intuitive Self to help you prepare for this journey within. It's a wonderful chance to reflect upon this year to date, focusing on where your energies and insight best lie for the remainder of the year ahead.

Wishing you time for meaningful reflection and presence in the season ahead! Blessings

Judith

Exploring your Intuitive

The Intuitive ccarries our innate sense of feelings, insight, inklings, and perceptions. Drawing on an instinctual source from deep in our Belly Center can bring a unique authenticity to what we say and do. The act of being true to our gut instincts is not limited to our age or gender.

The Intuitive is the self that offers us our unique lens of perception on any given situation, person, place or thing. It offers to us a wide angled lens to take a great deal of information and data from the world within and around us. In this capacity it acts as an inner compass giving us a direction toward our own North Star.

The Intuitive has the innate ability to see the forest through the trees. It often defies logic by remaining grounded in the bridging of elements both seen and unseen. This self can bring spontaneity to our life through its unique sense of knowing.

IDENTIFYING A DOMINANT INTUITIVE:
If you are over identified with your Intuitive self you can get caught up in your own limited and individual perspective. This can result in over valuing your particular viewpoint over the collective facts and reality.
RECOGNIZING AN UNTAPPED INTUITIVE:
When your Intuitive had been disowned or repressed you can lose connection to our own unique perceptions, insights and instincts. Often you will become more influenced by the experience of others over your own internal knowing.
MAINTAINING BALANCE WITH THE INTUITIVE
To experience and maintain a healthy connection with this self you need to acknowledge where it falls on the spectrum between dominant and untapped. With an integrated Intuitive you have a knowing that can be felt deep within your very being. This integration brings a balance between our personal sense of knowing and the significance of the beliefs, opinions and values in the world around us.

POSSIBLE OPPOSITES OF THE INTUITIVE TO EXPLORE:
Every dominant self has a corresponding opposite that holds possible clues to its current status. Potential opposites for this self can be seen in selves such as the Follower, the Rule Maker and the Thinker.

DIALOGING WITH YOUR INTUITIVE:
- Where does your Intuitive fall on the spectrum from dominant to untapped?
- What are the qualities that this self carries for you?
- When is your earliest memory of your Intuitive?
- How does this self need or want your attention by asking for it at this time?
- If your Intuitive is dominant, who is the opposite self that needs expression?
